The Chamber recognizes National Indigenous Peoples Day on Wednesday, June 21st, as part of the national efforts to recognize and celebrate the history, heritage, resilience, and diversity of First Nations, Inuit, and Metis across Canada, and our neighbours the Six Nations of the Grand River, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
Today’s e-news highlights a number of opportunities to learn more about and engage with the Indigenous communities we work with, please take a moment this week, or on Wednesday specifically, to consider and celebrate the original peoples of Canada.
